10:01 Initiatives began with a need close to home. When Johan, the nephew of one of our batchmates, passed away from acute myeloid leukemia (AML), the medical bills left behind moved us to find a meaningful way to help. As high school batchmates from different professional fields, we brought together our skills, resources, and networks to organize Run for Johan and extend financial assistance to his family.
That first initiative reminded us of what we can accomplish when we put our gifts to work for others. We are called to care, equipped with talents and experience, and sent to serve wherever we can make a difference.
Today, we seek to build more than a group that provides assistance. We envision a community that helps, teaches others how to help, and shares knowledge so that the work of service continues beyond its founders. With consistency, accessibility, and transparency as our commitments, we hope to nurture a lasting culture of compassion—one that empowers more people to serve, today and for generations to come.
